Interrupted NFS access to QRIScloud's Frequent Access storage

Collections stored on QRIScloud's Frequent Access storage have been experiencing interruptions for NFS access.

To workaround the problem, the QRIScloud operations team have been resetting services as they fail, and are currently investigating the causes for the interruptions with the hardware vendor.

We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience this is causing.

Access to MeDiCI Collections are unaffected.
