We have had reports that the latest versions of the Nextcloud Desktop client and the Desktop Mobile apps are not working against the QRIScloud Nextcloud service. A common symptom is that the client / app reports an error like this:
Failed to connect to Nextcloud at https://nextcloud.qriscloud.org.au Host nextcloud.qriscloud.org not found
We are investigating the cause of this problem. In the meantime:
- This does not affect access to Nextcloud from a web browser.
- This should not affect people who have an older version of the client / app installed.
UPDATE: It is suggested for the desktop client you continue to use version 2.3.3 - it is available for download from https://download.nextcloud.com/desktop/releases
