Nectar has been experiencing a partial outage resulting from unexpected problems with the latest OpenStack upgrades. This is explained briefly in the following Nectar Hazard Notice:
In addition to the issues mentioned in the above notice, this is potentially affecting NFS exports of QRIScloud RDS collections to Nectar instances. In particular, if you relaunch a QRIScloud instance, the new instance may be unable to mount the collection that it needs.
We are continuing to work in conjunction with Nectar Core Services to resolve this issue.
UPDATE - The NeCTAR issues have been resolved, and exports have been updating since Nov 27th.
