Advice: QRIScloud portal and QCIF website outages: 2018-10-02 and 2018-10-03 (15 minutes)

On Tuesday and Wednesday next week, we will be performing operating system upgrades on the compute nodes that comprise the QRIScloud-HA cluster.  This will affect the QRIScloud User Portal and the QCIF website, and the forwarding of emails send to "<support@qriscloud.org.au>".  The QRIScloud API server will also be affected, and this may the delay provisioning of RDM collections.

We anticipate that there will be three distinct outages affecting different services at 10:00 and 15:00 on Tuesday and 10:00 on Wednesday.  Each outage should take about 15 minutes, assuming the upgrades go smoothly.  (The services are implemented on three compute nodes, and the nodes must be upgraded one at a time for technical reasons.)
