We are experiencing networking problems within the Polaris data centre this morning. This is currently impacting the QRIScloud collection "standard access" servers (SSH, Aspera, GridTFP), and causing problems for Tinaroo and Flashlite.
As far as we can tell, Euramoo and NeCTAR instances and infrastructure are NOT affected, and neither are the collection NFS servers or non-NeCTAR volume storage servers.
We are escalating to the vendor and will provide updates when we have more information.
UPDATE - 10:30 - The problems have been resolved for Flashlite, Tinaroo and the SSH data access services. The Aspera Shares service is not back yet.
