Advice: Euramoo scheduler problems: since 2016-04-26


Euramoo has been experiencing scheduler problems following the previous Euramoo outage.  Some users are reporting that some jobs are being killed unexpectedly.  This can happen almost immediately, or a few hours into a log job.  It is not clear what it causing this, or (indeed) whether this is one problem or multiple problems.

The problem or problems are being being investigated.

UPDATE 2016-05-16 - The primary problem with jobs being killed inappropriately has been rectified.
