There have been issues overnight with internet connectivity to our datacenter. Our network provider is investigating. Users may see intermittent connectivity issues to QRIScloud services.
UPDATE - 2015-11-12 09:30. The Polaris networking is currently stable, and appears to have been stable since about 0805.
UPDATE - 2015-11-12 10:15. The network problems took out the Neutron metadata services in QRISdata, and we are still trying to restore them. This means that new NeCTAR instances in QRIScloud are not initializing correctly after launch and reboot. For example, SSH access is not working.
UPDATE - 2015-11-12 11:45. The metadata service problems have been resolved. If SSH is not working for your new instances, try a relaunch or a hard reboot. If that fails, please raise a QRIScloud support ticket.
