OUTAGE REMINDER - QRIScloud Brisbane Data Services (Polaris) Saturday 22 November to Sunday 23 November

SUBJECT: OUTAGE REMINDER - QRIScloud Brisbane Data Services (Polaris) 6:00 am Saturday 22 November to 6:00 am Sunday 23 November 

This is to remind clients that the rescheduled outage, which was originally to occur on 15 - 16 November, will now take place at the above times (22 - 23 November). The original outage advice sent to you was QRIScloud Brisbane Stage 3 - Initial Outage Advice.

This outage will affect all collections currently hosted at QRIScloud Brisbane's Polaris Data Centre (see up to date list here). QRIScloud collections hosted at UQ St Lucia and at QRIScloud Townsville Data Services will NOT be affected by these scheduled outages. QRIScloud compute (NeCTAR VM) services will not be directly affected either. However, collections storage hosted at Polaris and accessed through those VMs will not be accessible during the outage.

An advisory notice will appear on the QRIScloud service desk portal when services have been restored.
