Advice: QRIScloud Compute Node CN37 - 2017-12-11

Following  on from hardware repairs that occurred last week for this node, CN37 is currently being re-imaged with OS and relevant OpenStack software.

An outcome of the outage last week regarding CN37 was that data was corrupted beyond the point of recovery.   Instances will need to be either rebuilt and/or recovered from backup (or snapshot).

Further updates will be posted here.

UPDATE - 2017-12-12 - CN37 suffering from further hardware faults - working with vendor to rectify.

UPDATE - 2017-12-14 - CN37 still has hardware faults - still working with the hardware vendor to recitify.
