In Friday 10th, networking engineers will be performing essential maintenance (firmware upgrades) on some of the network switches in the Polaris data centre. This work will be performed between 10am and 4pm.
We anticipate some short outages (less than 5 minutes) to some of the QRIScloud services while network switches cut over to their alternates. However, there remains a small possibility that the upgrades may fail, resulting in longer outages than anticipated. We are taking steps to mitigate the risk of longer outages.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
UPDATE - 2017-03-10 16:00 - The firmware upgrades have been completed without incident.
